At Founder Cartel, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds are handled for our services.

Strategy Sessions (₹599 Paid Consultations)

  • Non-Refundable: Once booked, consultation fees are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited.

Retainer & Project-Based Services

  • Advance Payments: A percentage of the project/retainer fee or the complete retainer fee depending on services is collected upfront to begin work. This advance is non-refundable once work has started.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments linked to project milestones are due as per agreement. These are non-refundable after milestone delivery.
  • Cancellations by Client: If you choose to cancel a service midway, only the unused portion of pre-paid fees (if applicable) may be considered for partial refund depending on services, at Founder Cartel’s discretion.
  • Cancellations by Founder Cartel: In rare cases where we cannot deliver the service, a fair refund will be processed for the undelivered portion.

Digital Marketing Services & Ad Spend

  • Service fees paid to Founder Cartel for digital marketing services are non-refundable once campaigns or execution have begun.
  • Ad spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) is outside our control and non-refundable.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank tranfers.

Exceptions

This policy does not cover:

  • Delays or issues caused by client-side inaction (e.g., not sharing assets, ad account access, or product details).
  • Platform-related issues (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopify, WhatsApp Business API).
