From Scratch to Scale: Building AnimeMart Into a High-Volume DTC Brand
When we launched AnimeMart in 2022, it was just an idea sparked by growing anime culture. No funding. No audience. No team. Just a conviction to build something.
Today, AnimeMart clocks over ₹15L/month in revenue, powers 4,500+ orders/month, and has built the largest anime phone case collection in India — all with lean systems, automation and profitable scaling.
Just like any new DTC brand, AnimeMart struggled at first:
It was clear: to scale profitably, we needed tight systems and right strategies.
We implemented a full-stack, D2C-first growth system focused on paid funneling + website CRO + retention.
